Prerequisites

1. Follow step 1 to step 6 in “Removing the back cover”.

2. Remove the PCI/PCIe card (if installed).

Procedure

1. Remove the screws that secure the riser card to the chassis.

2. Lift the riser card off the system board.

c. riser card

3. Remove the screws that secure the riser card to the riser-card bracket.

4. Remove the riser-card bracket from the riser card.
