Prerequisites

1 Remove the back cover.

2 Remove the hard drive or solid-state drive.

3 Remove the SIM card.

4 Remove the CANbus card.

5 Remove the WLAN card.

6 Remove the WWAN card.

7 Remove the intrusion switch.

8 Remove the CANbus cable.

9 Remove the WLAN-antenna connectors.

10 Remove the WWAN-antenna connectors.

11 Remove the I/O plate.

12 Remove the top cover.

13 Remove the IET board.

14 Remove the system board.
