Removing the left-rubber gasket

Prerequisites

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Remove the antenna-cable bracket.

3. Remove the coin-cell battery.

4. Remove the left-I/O bracket.

5. Remove the status-light lens.

Procedure

1. Slide the left-I/O cover from the system base.

2. Gently release the ports on the system board from the slots on the left-rubber gasket.

3. Slide and lift the left-rubber gasket o the system board.
