Estados Unidos (“Producto”) por la entidad Dell que se menciona en la factura o reconocimiento (“Dell”) queselehaproporcionado.Mediantelaaceptaciónde
laentregadeesteProducto,aceptayestáobligadoacumplirlostérminosycondicionesdeesteAcuerdo.SinodeseacumpliresteAcuerdo,debenotificarloa
DellinmediatamenteydevolversucompradeacuerdoconlaPolíticadedevolucionesdeDell.

acuerdeenunacuerdoporescritofirmadoporustedyporDell.Sinorecibeunafacturaoreconocimientoenelcorreo,atravésdelcorreoelectrónico,o
conelProducto,podráobtenerinformaciónsobrelacompraenhttps://support.dell.com/dellcare/Invoice.aspxoponiéndoseencontactoconsu
representante de ventas.

2. Condicionesdepago;Pedidos;Presupuestos;Interés.LascondicionesdepagoseestablecenbajolasoladiscrecióndeDell,yanoserqueDell
aceptelocontrario,Delldeberecibirelpagoantesdepoderaceptarunpedido.Elpagodelosproductosserealizarámediantetarjetadecrédito,
transferenciabancaria,oalgúnotrométododepagoestablecidopreviamenteanoserqueDellhayaaceptadocondicionesdecrédito.Lasfacturasson
vencidasypagaderasdentrodelperíodoespecificadoenelreversodeestafactura,calculadodesdelafechadelafactura.Lascondicionesdepagose
establecenbajolasoladiscrecióndeDell,y,anoserqueDellaceptelocontrario,elpagosedeberárealizarenelmomentodelacompra.Elpagodel
Productosedeberealizarmediantetarjetadecrédito,transferenciabancariaoalgúnotrométododepagoestablecidopreviamente.Dellpodráfacturar
piezasdeunpedidoporseparado.SupedidoestásujetoacancelaciónporpartedeDell,bajolasoladiscrecióndeDell.AnoserqueustedyDell
hayanacordadoundescuentodiferente,lapolíticadepreciosestándardeDellparalossistemasdemarcaDell™,queincluyenhardwareyserviciosen
unpreciodescontado,asignaelpreciodelistadescontadocorrespondientealaporcióndeserviciodelsistemaparaqueseaigualalpreciodelista
descontadoconelporcentajegeneralcalculadodetodoelsistema.Dellnoesresponsabledeloserroresenelprecio,tipográficosodeotrotipo,en
ninguna oferta de Dell y se reserva el derecho de cancelar todos los pedidos que se deriven de dichos errores.

3. Cargosdeenvío;Impuestos;Título;Riesgodepérdida.Elenvíoylamanipulaciónsonadicionalesanoserqueseindiqueexpresamentelocontrario
enelmomentodelaventa.EltítulodelosproductospasadeDellalClientecuandoseenvíandesdelasinstalacionesdeDell.Lapérdidaoeldañoque
seproduzcanduranteelenvíoporuntransportistaseleccionadoporDellesresponsabilidaddeDell.Lapérdidaoeldañoqueseproduzcanduranteel
envíoporuntransportistaseleccionadoporustedesresponsabilidadsuya.DebenotificaraDellenunplazode21díasdelafechadesufacturao
reconocimientosicreequefaltaalgunapiezadesucompra,éstanoescorrectaoestáestropeada.AnoserqueproporcioneaDelluncertificadode
exencióndeimpuestosválidoycorrectocorrespondientealacompradelProductoyalaubicacióndeenvíodelProducto,ustedseráresponsabledelos
impuestosdeventaydeotrosimpuestosasociadosconelpedido.Lasfechasdeenvíosonsóloestimaciones.Eltítulodelsoftwarepermanecerácon
los distribuidores de licencia correspondientes.

4. Garantías.LASGARANTÍASLIMITADASAPLICABLESALPRODUCTODEHARDWAREDEMARCADELLSEPUEDENENCONTRAREN

GARANTÍAYELSERVICIODELPRODUCTOQUENOESDEMARCADELL,SIEXISTE,LOPROPORCIONAELFABRICANTEORIGINAL,NODELL.DELLNOHACE
NINGUNAGARANTÍAEXPLÍCITAAEXCEPCIÓNDELASQUEAPARECENENLADECLARACIÓNDEGARANTÍAAPLICABLEDEDELLENVIGORENLAFECHADE
LAFACTURA,LAHOJADEEMBALAJEOELRECONOCIMIENTO.LASGARANTÍASYELSERVICIOSERÁNEFECTIVOS,YDELLESTARÁOBLIGADOARESPETAR
DICHASGARANTÍASYSERVICIOS,SÓLOCUANDODELLRECIBAELPAGOCOMPLETODELELEMENTOQUESEVAAGARANTIZAROALQUESEVAAPRESTAR
SERVICIO.

5. Software.Todoelsoftwareseproporcionasujetoalcontratodelicenciaqueformapartedelpaquetedesoftwareyustedaceptaquecumplirádicho
contrato de licencia.

6. Políticasdedevolución;Cambios.LapolíticadedevolucióndeDellsepuedeencontrarenhttp://www.dell.com/policy/legal/warranty.htm. Debe
ponerseencontactoconnosotrosdirectamenteantesdeintentardevolverelProductoparaobtenerunnúmeroRMAquedeberáincluirconla
devolución.DebedevolvernoselProductoensuembalajeoriginaloequivalente.Ustedesresponsabledelriesgodepérdida,tarifasdeenvíoy
manipulaciónpordevolverocambiarelProducto.Esposiblequeseapliquentarifasadicionales.Sinosiguelaspolíticaseinstruccionesdedevolucióno
cambioproporcionadasporDell,DellnoserádeningúnmodoresponsablesielProductosepierde,estropea,modificaoprocesadealgunaotramanera
paradesecharloorevenderlo.BajoladiscrecióndeDell,elcréditodelasdevolucionesparcialespuedeserinferioralospreciosdeloscomponentes
individuales o de la factura debido a precios promocionales o de venta en paquete.


Productoencualquiermomentosinavisarleyestopodríaafectaralainformaciónguardadaensu“carro” enlínea.DellenviaráelProductoquetengala
funcionalidadyrendimientodelProductosolicitado,peroesposiblequehayadiferenciasentreloqueseenvíayloquesedescribeenunahojade
especificacionesocatálogo.LaspiezasutilizadaspararepararorealizartareasdemantenimientoenelProductopodránsernuevas,equivalentesa
piezas nuevas o reacondicionadas.

