6 Grasp the back of the server board and tilt upward. Do not lift the back of the server board completely to prevent damage to the

components and I/O ports on the front.

CAUTION

: Do not lift the server board by holding a memory module slot, any other connector, or component.

7 Pull the server board back to release the I/O ports from the chassis, and lift the server board out to remove.

8 Place the server board in an antistatic bag.
