Steps
1. Open the display assembly to a 180-degree angle and place the computer at the edge of a flat table so that the display
assembly can extend below the table.
NOTE: For computers shipped with IR camera configuration, disconnect the display cable and IR camera cable.
2. Remove the six (M2.5x3) screws that secure the hinges to the palmrest.
3. Remove the display assembly from the palmrest.
NOTE:
The display assembly for Precision 7670 is a Hinge-Up Design (HUD) assembly and cannot be further
disassembled once it is removed from the bottom chassis. If any components in the display assembly are malfunctioning
and must be replaced, replace the entire display assembly.
