Specifies the timezone offset (in minutes) from GMT/UTC to use for the
RAC Time. Some common timezone offsets for timezones in the United
States are shown below:
-480 (PST — Pacific Standard Time)
-420 (MST — Mountain Standard Time)
-360 (CST — Central Standard Time)
-300 (EST — Eastern Standard Time)
