Configuring Services
NOTE: To modify these settings, you must have Configure DRAC 5 permission.
Additionally, the remote RACADM command-line utility can only be enabled if the
user is logged in as root.

Expand the
System tree and click Remote Access.
2 Click the Configuration tab and then click Services.

Configure the following services as required:
Local Configuration (Table 4-37)
Web server (Table 4-38)
SSH (Table 4-39)
Telnet (Table 4-40)

Setting Description
Character Accumulate
Interval
The amount of time that the BMC will wait before
transmitting a partial SOL character data package.
1-based 5ms increments.
Character Send
Threshold
The BMC will send an SOL character data package
containing the characters as soon as this number of
characters (or greater) has been accepted. 1-based units.

Apply Changes Applies the Serial Over LAN Configuration Advanced
Settings page settings.
