Edit the file /etc/securetty by adding a new line with the name of the serial tty
for COM1:
ttyS1
The sample file (see Table 3-3) shows the new line.
Enabling the Serial/Telnet Console on the DRAC 4
You can enable the serial/telnet console locally or remotely.
