初期化の問題は、ネットワークに停電が発生した、ネットワーク内の DHCP サーバーの設定に誤りがある、
Initial System Configuration Wizard（初期システム設定ウィザード）が実行されたことがない、などの状況で発
生します。
ネットワークがデフォルトのサブネットマスクアドレス（255.0.0.0）を受け入れない場合、DR Series システム
とノートブックワークステーション間に接続を確立できます。この場合、SSH を使用して接続していること
を確認し、デフォルトの IP アドレスを使用して Initial System Configuration Wizard（初期システム設定ウィザー
ド）を実行してください。
既知の静的 IP アドレスを使用している場合は、Initial System Configuration Wizard（初期システム設定ウィザー
ド）の実行を省略し、ユーザーインタフェースを使用して DR Series システムを直接設定できます。
DR Series システムを設定するには、System Configuration → Networking（システム設定 > ネットワーク）を選
択し、必要に応じてネットワーク設定を行います。詳細については、「ネットワークの設定」を参照してくだ
さい。
メモ: Initial System Configuration Wizard（初期システム設定ウィザード）へのログインと使用の詳細につ
いては、「ネットワークの設定」を参照してください。
Local Console Connection
To configure a local console connection, you must make the following two rear chassis cable connections:
• VGA port and your video monitor
• USB port and your keyboard
To make local console cable connections for the DR4000 and DR4100 system appliances, complete the following:
1. (DR4000 system appliance) Locate the VGA monitor port and the USB ports on the back of your system. See Figure 3
for the VGA and USB port locations and complete steps 1 to 4. For the DR4100 system appliance, skip to step 5.
2. Connect the video monitor to the VGA port on the back of your system (see item 1 in the DR4000 System Rear
Chassis Port Locations table).
3. Connect the USB keyboard to one of the two USB ports on the back of your system (see item 3 in DR4000 System
Rear Chassis Port Locations table).
4. You are now ready to perform initialization using the DR Series system CLI login process. For more information, see
Logging in and Initializing the DR Series System.
