Software Upgrade（软件升级）

Software Upgrade（软件升级）：单击此选项可显示 Software Upgrade（软件升级）页面，其中包含两个窗格：

Upgrade File Location（升级文件位置）和 Software Information（软件信息）。Software Upgrade（软件升级）页

面可让您导航寻找软件升级文件。找到该文件后，单击 Start Upgrade（开始升级）可开始执行升级过程，或查

看 DR Series 系统的当前版本和升级历史。Start Upgrade（开始升级）页面提供 Reboot（重新引导）选项。

注: 准备为 DR Series 系统执行软件升级时，必须下载软件升级文件，并将其保存在可从运行 DR Series 系

统 GUI 的系统上本地访问的位置。

许可证

许可证：单击此选项可显示 License（许可证）页面，其中包含两个窗格：License File Location（许可证文件位

置）和 Number of Installed Licenses（已安装的许可证数目）。在 License（许可证）页面中，您可以为已安装

的数据存储扩展架寻找相应的许可证文件。

在 License File Location（许可证文件位置）窗格中，输入所下载的扩展架许可证文件在本地磁盘（或已知网络

位置）上的存放位置（通常为 /store/license），或单击 Browse...（浏览...）导航至许可证文件 (license.xml) 所在

的其他目录/文件夹路径位置。找到该文件后，单击 Install License（安装许可证），为已安装的数据存储扩展

架安装并验证许可证文件。

安装并验证许可证文件后，License（许可证）页面会显示 License file has been successfully installed（许可证文

件已安装成功）对话框，并且 Number of Installed Licenses（已安装的许可证数目）摘要表会更新，以包含您刚

才安装的新许可证文件。Number of Installed Licenses（已安装的许可证数目）窗格中包含一个摘要表，其中按

ID、说明、授权 ID 和当前状态列出并标识已安装的每个许可证。

Expansion Shelf Licenses

This topic introduces the license required for adding external data storage in the form of Dell MD1200 storage arrays

that are referred to as expansion shelf enclosures. Expansion shelf enclosures allow you to add supplemental data

storage capacity to support DR Series system operations. The DR Series system supports up to maximum of two

enclosures per system, and any expansion shelf enclosure that is added must be equal to or greater than each DR

Series system internal drive slot capacity (0

–11). Expansion shelf enclosures can be added to the internal data storage

to create up to 9, 18, or 27 Terabyte (TB) hard drive capacities, and expansion shelf enclosures can be added in 1 TB, 2

TB, or 3 TB capacities. Licenses define the expansion shelf enclosure size in a license = size format (for example, shelf =

18TB), and licenses are added on a per-shelf basis.
