3 Creating a new backup job with the DR Series system as
the target
3.1 Defining the backup set
In the zmanda Management Console, Backup what defines the host system and directories to include in
the backup set.
1. On the Backup tab, click what, and on the File Systems drop-down menu, select Linux.
2. Enter the host name and location of the folder to back up, and then click Add.
Note: For better space savings, Dell recommends that the Encrypt and Compress options be set to
none.
