1. Restart Internet Information Service Manager.
2. Restart the services in the given order:
a. Windows Management Instrumentation
b. SRM Web Service
c. AppAssureCore
3. Clear the browser cache.
4. Refresh the page.
Non-RAID 6 configurations are not supported on your
appliance
The user cannot manually provision storage in a non-RAID 6 configuration because AppAssure supports
RAID-6 configuration only.
AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard fails to
complete
Description The AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard fails to complete, if the user
terminates the process or if a device error occurs.
Workaround/
Solution
Rerun the AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard using the shortcut on the
desktop.
The appliance tab status is green after an upgrade
Description
After a system upgrade, the appliance tab status is green on the Core with no
information displayed.
Workaround Try to log on as a local administrator, if that works then log back in as a domain
administrator and set up the Service Request Manager (SRM) service to use the
domain account login.
The appliance tab is empty if the UI is active overnight
Description
The Appliance tab is empty if the User Interface (UI) is left active overnight.
Workaround Refresh the window, press F5.
No warning is displayed when a repository has been
unmounted
Description
When the repository is unmounted no warning is displayed.
Workaround Remount the volume. For more information, see topic 'Remounting Volumes' in
Dell DL4000 Appliance User’s Guide.
