プリケーションがエラーを伴って失敗する
説明 Recovery and Update Utility 実行中に There was an error while
installing Dell DL Appliance（Dell DL Appliance のインストール中にエラー
が発生しました）というエラーが表示され、Dell DL Appliance アプリケーションが失
敗します。
回避策 / 解決方法 サポートにお問い合わせください。RUU は環境内に多数の変更を導入する重要なツ
ールであり、手順の一部が実行できない場合は、システムが一貫性のない状態のまま
となる可能性があります。
RASR USB キーの作成中にエラーが表示される
説明 RASR USB キーの作成中に次のメッセージが表示されます： Unable to connect
to Dell storage management Web service. Try restarting the
Windows Management Instrumentation service, and then restart
the Dell Storage Management Web and reload this page（Dell storage
management Web service に接続できません。Windows Management
Instrumentation サービスを再起動し、Dell Storage Management Web を再起動して、
このページを再ロードしてください。
）
回避策 / 解決方法 このメッセージは無視してください。
アプライアンス タブでのポリシー表示の応答が遅い
説明 View Policy（ポリシーの表示）ボタンをクリックしたとき、表示は変わってもダイア
ログボックスが表示されるまでに時間がかかります。この遅延中に
GUI で操作を行
うと、<hostname> is not responding（<ホスト名>が応答していません）とい
うメッセージが表示されます。
回避策 / 解決方法 このメッセージが消えるまで待ちます。
アプライアンスのホスト名を設定してドメインに追加する時
にエラーが表示される
説明 お使いのアプライアンスのホスト名を変更して同じホスト名でドメインに追加する
と、メッセージ、A critical error occurred while trying to configure
the hostname and domain settings. Ensure that hostname does not
already exist in the domain. If the issue persists, close the
AppAssure Appliance Configuration Wizard, delete the
configuration file below and restart the wizard. C:\Program
