Default Configuration
The default value for level is warnings.
Command Mode

User Guidelines
Messages at the selected level and above (numerically lower) are displayed on
the console.
Example
The following example limits messages logged to the console based on
severity level "alert".
console(config)#logging console alert
logging facility
Use the logging facility command in Global Configuration mode to
configure the facility to be used in log messages.
Syntax
logging facility facility
no logging facility
• facility —The facility that will be indicated in the message. (Range: local0,
local1, local2, local3, local4, local5, local6, local7).
Default Configuration
The default value is local7.
