• When a user attempts to download a file after uploading the file with a custom cover page image to the web portal, an error message

of "Download failed. An error occurred while downloading the file, please contact your system administrator" displays. The file is unable

to download. To work around this issue, modify the cover-page image and re-protect the document. [DDPCE-8259]
