Modify who has access to protected emails
Based on policy set by your administrator, you can right-click an email that you protected and sent to users in your Access Group. You can
modify who has access to that email.
1 In Outlook, right-click an email labeled as [PROTECTED].
2 At the bottom, select Protected Email Access.
A list displays of users with whom you have shared access.
3 Remove individual users if you no longer want them to have access to the protected email.
