2. You can review the skipped files by clicking on the drop-down arrows under Files not copied. When you point the mouse
cursor on the tool tip icon for the skipped files, it will show you the reason why the file/setting was skipped and how to
resolve it.

3. If you want to retry the migration for the skipped files, review the suggestion on the tool tip icon and take the required
action (example - closing the document, browser, control panel, and so on) before retrying the migration process.
4. Click on Retry button on the migration detailed report screen on Dell Migrate (within SupportAssist) to retry the skipped
files and settings. You may also select/deselect the files/settings you want to retry. Dell Data Assistant will begin the
migration of the skipped files/settings and show the migration progress screen.

5. In case you want to continue without skipped files, click on Finish. This will complete the migration process. If you want to
perform another migration, you will need to restart the migration process from the beginning on both PCs by following the
steps in Migrate and erase data from old PC on page 5.
