● Both PCs should be connected to AC power to ensure there is no disruption due to insufficient power supply.

Troubleshooting when migration is completed with

warnings

About this task

When the migration is completed with either skipped files or any settings had failed to apply, the screen below will appear on the

old PC. This screen informs you that you can retry the migration of the skipped files/settings from the new PC.

Steps

1. On the new PC, click Show Skipped files on the Summary screen to view the details of the migration. This will show you

the details of the files and settings that were skipped during the migration. It will allow you to perform a Retry for the

skipped files or to Finish the migration process by continuing without skipped files.
