12. Once Dell Data Assistant identifies the new PC on the network, it generates a verification code. This verification code must
be entered on the new PC for secure data migration as shown below.

13. Once paired, a green verification code is shown on both PCs.
It is important that both PCs remain connected to the same network throughout the migration process. Any issues while
connecting the two PCs leads to stopping the migration process. For more information about the issues that are related to
connecting the PCs, see Code verification on page 37.
