Uninstall the Power feature, leaving the rest of the System Manager feature
set unchanged; use the
Basic user interface:
msiexec.exe /i dcpsysmgr.msi /qb REMOVE=power

Uninstall the Power and Tablet features, leaving the rest of the System
Manager feature set unchanged; use the
Silent user interface:
msiexec.exe /i dcpsysmgr.msi /qn REMOVE=
power,tablet

Remove System Manager and all its features; use the Reduced user
interface:
msiexec.exe /i dcpsysmgr.msi /qr REMOVE=ALL

Minor Upgrade of System Manager; use the Silent user interface, do not
reboot:
msiexec.exe /i dcpsysmgr.msi /qn REINSTALL=ALL
