Install, uninstall, and upgrade Dell Command

This section contains information about the installation, uninstallation, and upgrading Dell Command | Update.
There are two downloads available for Dell Command | Update version 4.0:
● Dell Command | Update for Windows 10—Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application that supports Windows 10 (64-
bit), starting from Redstone 1 build number 14393 or later.
● Dell Command | Update—This version of the application supports Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems (32-bit and
64-bit)

Supported Operating Systems
Dell Command | Update application supports the following operating systems:
● Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
● Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit)
● Windows 8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit)
● Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Dell Command | Update for Windows 10 is supported from Redstone 1 build number 14393.
Download Dell Command | Update for Windows 10
To download the latest version of the Dell Command | Update for Windows 10:
1. Go to dell.com/support
2. Search for Dell Command | Update for Windows 10.
3. Download Dell-Command-Update-Application-for-Windows-10_xxxxx_WIN_y.y.y_A00.EXE where x
represents the software ID and y represents the version number.
