Resolution: Enable the AdvancedBatteryChargeMode, then configure the
AdvancedBatteryChargingConfiguration. You can change
AdvancedBatteryChargingMode as disabled again if you do not want to apply these
settings.
NOTE: This issue will be addressed in the upcoming BIOS versions.
Issue: Unable to set KeyboardIllumination to ‘100’ percent.
Description: Setting KeyboardIllumination to 100percent using Dell Command |
PowerShell Provider is not possible.
Resolution: User can use BIOS setup screen or other alternative tools like Dell
Command Configure, Dell Command Monitor for setting the KeyboardIllumination
attribute value to ‘100’ percent. This issue will be addressed in the upcoming BIOS
versions.
Issue description: HTCapable attribute displays ‘No’ even if supported in few systems.
Resolution: This issue will be addressed in the upcoming BIOS versions.
Issue description: SecureEraseSupported and SecureEraseEnabled parameters in
HDDInfo displays ‘No’ even if enabled from BIOS setup screen.
Resolution: This issue will be addressed in the upcoming BIOS versions.
Issue description: Unable to upgrade from beta version to Dell Command | PowerShell
Provider 1.0.
Resolution: Being the first version of Dell Command | PowerShell Provider, upgrade is
not applicable as of now. If beta version is installed in your system, remove Dell
Command | PowerShell Provider folders and files before installing Dell Command
PowerShell | Provider 1.0.
Issue: Memory technology displays as TBD
Description: Dell Command | PowerShell Provider shows MemoryTechnology as ‘TBD’ on
some platforms which are having the latest memory technology such as DDR4, LPDDR,
LPDDR2, LPDDR3, or LPDDR4.
