Dell Command | Configure 4.5 中的疑難排解狀
況
運行 Dell Command | Configure 時顯示錯誤訊息
如錯誤訊息「 Required BIOS interface not found or HAPI load error.」出現，應解除安裝並重新安裝硬件應用程
式編程介面 (HAPI)。
在 32 位元和 64 位元 Windows 支援系統上運行 Dell
Command | Configure
確保您正在根據系統的架構運行 cctk.exe 。如果您在支援 32 位元的系統上運行 Dell Command | Configure ，請瀏覽安裝目錄中的
x86 目錄並運行 Dell Command | Configure 指令。如果您在支援 64 位元的系統上運行 cctk.exe ，請瀏覽 x86_64 目錄並運行 Dell
Command | Configure 指令。
如果您在支援 64 位元的系統上運行適用於支援 32 位元系統的 Dell Command | Configure ，畫面將會顯示錯誤訊息︰HAPI Driver
Load Error。
如果您在支援 32 位元的系統上運行適用於支援 64 位元系統的 Dell Command | Configure ，畫面將會顯示錯誤訊息︰Not a valid
Win32 application。
在啟用使用者帳戶控制的情況下於 Windows 7、Windows
8、Windows 8.1 或 Windows 10 上運行 Dell Command |
Configure
要在運行 Windows 7 或更新版本且已啟用使用者帳戶控制 (UAC) 的系統上運行 Dell Command | Configure ，請在 Dell Command |
Configure 指令提示上按滑鼠右鍵，並選擇以系統管理員身份執行。
備註: 在 Windows 7、Windows 8 或 Windows 8.1 上，如果已啟用 UAC，擁有系統管理員權限的使用者便無法在無訊息模式下安
裝或解除安裝 Dell Command | Configure 。在無訊息模式下安裝 Dell Command | Configure 前，須確保您有系統管理員權限。
在 Linux 上運行 Dell Command | Configure
當您在運行 Linux 作業系統的系統上安裝 Dell Command | Configure 時，modprobe dcdbas 項目便會新增到 /etc/rc.modules
檔案。解除安裝 Dell Command | Configure 後，此項目不會被移除。
TPM 啟用
信賴平台模組 (TPM) 是行業標準加密模組，提供證明、完整性參數和報告功能，以及安全金鑰階層。用戶端系統使用 TPM 驗證兩
次開機循環間系統狀態是否變更。
要啟動和檢查 TPM 啟用狀態：
1. 如果未設定，則在系統上設定 BIOS 密碼。輸入：
cctk --setuppwd=<new-BIOS-password>
