Remotely enables the TPM depending on certain security criteria. The disabled option is a read-only
argument for reporting the current activation state of the TPM.
To activate TPM,
Password must be set
TPM must not be owned
TPM must be disabled

When you enable TpmClear, TPM ownership is cleared at the next boot, and the system rmware sets
the value of TpmClear to disabled. When you disable TpmClear, TPM ownership remains unchanged.
NOTE:
Admin password is required to enable or disable this feature using Dell Command | Congure.
