Enables or disables the thunderbolt controller in the system.

Description
Congures the Thunderbolt security level.
NoSec — Disables the Thunderbolt security.
UserAuth — Allows minimum user notication. Connection manager requests connection approval
from the host software, based on the unique ID of the connecting device, auto approval might or
might not be given.
SecConn — Allows one-time saved key device. Connection manager requests connection
approval from the host software; approval is given only if the host challenge to device is
acceptable.
DpUsbOnly — Allows to connect only display port.
