Congures the state of the fans depending on whether or not the Stealth mode is enabled or disabled.
• Unchanged — Retains the current state of the fan.
• TurnO — Turns o the fan if the stealth mode is enabled.

Description
Enables fast booting.
• Thorough — Sets POST to perform complete hardware and conguration testing.
• Minimal — Sets POST to perform minimal hardware testing.
