修复：CLI 单独安装缺少 HAPI 驱动程序库的问题已解决
说明：对于 CLI 单独安装，如果用户尝试运行任何命令，则系统会显示错误消息“Dependent HAPI driver libraries are missing”
（缺少依赖项 HAPI 驱动程序库）和“Error in initializing HAPI interface library”（初始化 HAPI 接口库时出错）。此问题现在已
