说明：GUI 中的反馈链接仅适用于 Internet Explorer 版本 8 和更高版本。
解决方案：升级到 Internet Explorer 8 或更高版本。
SCE
问题：数据管理器服务停止
说明：如果在具有 64 位 Windows 操作系统的系统上应用 SCE（在该系统上运行 Dell
Command | Monitor），则 Dell Command | Monitor 数据管理器服务停止。
解决方案：重新启动系统以启动 Dell Command | Monitor 数据管理器服务。重新启动还可
确保 BIOS 设置正确应用，因为许多 BIOS 设置都需要系统重新启动。
安装前提条件
Windows
 Dell Command | Configure 安装文件 Systems-
Management_Application_54W6D_WN32_3.1.0_A00.exe 作为 Dell
Update Package 提供。
 安装 Dell Command | Configure 的系统上的管理员权限。
 用于安装 GUI 的 Microsoft .NET 4.0 。
注：对于 Windows Vista 或更高版本的操作系统，确保 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
选项在打开或关闭 Windows 功能屏幕中已选择，以使 Dell Command | Configure GUI 成
功运行。
Linux
 Dell Command | Configure 安装文件 command-configure-linux-3.1.0-<build
number>.tar.gz
 随 Dell Command | Configure 安装文件提供的 RPM
