确保您正在基于系统体系结构运行 cctk.exe。如果在受支持的 32 位系统上运行 Dell Command | Configure
，请浏览到安装目录中的 x86 目录，并运行 Dell Command | Configure 命令。如果您在受支持的 64 位系统
上运行
cctk.exe，则浏览至 x86_64 目录并运行 Dell Command | Configure 命令。
如果您在受支持的 32 位系统上运行适用于受支持的 64 位系统的 Dell Command | Configure ，则将显示错
误消息
：HAPI Driver Load Error。

Configure

权限的用户无法在静默模式下安装或卸载 Dell Command | Configure 。

上）
当您在运行 Linux 操作系统的系统上安装 Dell Command | Configure 时，将在 /etc/rc.modules 文件中添加
modprobe dcdbas 条目。在卸载 Dell Command | Configure 后，此条目不会被移除。
