疑難排解
在 Dell Command | Configure 顯示錯誤訊息
如果您收到錯誤訊息：「Required BIOS interface not found or HAPI load error.，則請解除
安裝硬體應用程式設計介面 (HAPI)，然後重新安裝
在 Dell Command | Configure 32 位元和 64 位元受支援系
統上運行
確保基於系統架構運行 cctk.exe。如果您是 Dell Command | Configure 在 32 位元受支援系統上運行，則請
瀏覽至安裝目錄中的 x86 目錄，並運行 Dell Command | Configure 命令。如果您在 64 位元受支援系統上運
行 cctk.exe，則請瀏覽至 x86_64 目錄並運行 Dell Command | Configure 命令。
如果您是在 Dell Command | Configure 64 位元受支援系統上為 32 位元受支援系統運行，則會顯示一條錯誤
訊息：「HAPI Driver Load Error」。
如果您是在 Dell Command | Configure 32 位元受支援系統上為 64 位元受支援系統運行，則會顯示一條錯誤
訊息：「Not a valid Win32 application」。
在 Dell Command | Configure 啟用使用者帳戶控制的情況下
在 Windows Vista、Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows

或 Windows 10 上運行
要在 Dell Command | Configure 運行 Windows Vista 或更新版本且啟用使用者帳戶控制 (UAC) 的系統上運
行，請在 Dell Command | Configure 命令提示上按滑鼠右鍵，並選擇以系統管理員身分執行。
備註: 在 Windows Vista、Windows 7、Windows 8 或 Windows 8.1 上，如果啟用了 UAC，則擁有系統
管理員權限的使用者無法採用無訊息模式
Dell Command | Configure 安裝或解除安裝。
在 Dell Command | Configure Linux 上運行
如果您安裝 Dell Command | Configure 到運行 Linux 作業系統的系統上，則會新增 modprobe dcdbas 項目
至 /etc/rc.modules 檔案。在解除安裝後， Dell Command | Configure 此項目不會移除。
TPM 啟用
信賴平台模組 (TPM) 是行業標準加密模組，提供證明、完整性參數和報告功能，以及安全金鑰階層。用戶端
系統使用 TPM 驗證兩次開機循環間系統狀態是否變更。
