Introduction
Dell Client Configuration Toolkit (CCTK) is a packaged software that
provides BIOS configuration capability to Dell business client platforms
(OptiPlex, Latitude, and Dell Precision workstation). You can configure the
client systems in two ways: using Graphical User Interface (GUI) or using
Command Line Interface (CLI). This guide provides the installation
instructions for CCTK.
Installation Prerequisites
The prerequisites are given in the following table.
Accessing CCTK Installer
The CCTK installation file is available as a Dell Update Package (DUP) at
support.dell.com.
To download the DUP:

Go to support.dell.com and navigate to the Drivers and Download page.
2 Select your client system.
Systems Requirements
Windows • The CCTK installation file ,
Sys-Man_Application_H1TD3_WN32_2.1.0_Arev
•A Windows workstation
• Administrator privileges on the system where you are installing CCTK
• Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 or later to install and run CCTK GUI
NOTE: On Windows Vista or later operating systems, in the Turn Windows
features on or off screen, make sure to select
Microsoft .NET Framework x.x.x checkbox.
Linux
• The CCTK installation file, cctk-linux-version-buildnum.tar.gz
•A Linux workstation
• RPMs provided in the CCTK installation file
• Log in as root user
