Dell Client Configuration Toolkit (CCTK) is a packaged software offering that provides configuration
capability to Dell client systems such as OptiPlex, Latitude, and Precision. You can configure the client
systems using a Graphical User Interface (GUI) or a Command Line Interface (CLI). CCTK can be used on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, Microsoft Windows Pre-installation Environment (Windows PE),
Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems.

• Support for creating a BIOS configuration using GUI in the following ways:
o Selecting and defining individual options.
o Loading options from the configuration of the current system.
o Loading options from an exported file.
• Support for exporting the BIOS configurations in the following formats:
o Configuration (.cctk or .ini) file containing the selected settings, which can be applied on
any CCTK-installed target systems.
o Self-Contained Executable (SCE) containing the selected settings and all the components
required for applying the settings, can be applied on any target systems.
o A human-readable report that contains the selected settings.
o A Linux shell script, generated at the location where SCE is exported, can be applied on
any Linux-based target system.
