Dell Client Configuration Toolkit (CCTK) is a packaged software offering that provides configuration
capability to Dell client systems such as OptiPlex, Latitude, and Precision. You can configure the client
systems using a Graphical User Interface (GUI) or a Command Line Interface (CLI). CCTK can be used on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, Microsoft Windows Pre-installation Environment (Windows PE),
Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems.
What’s New
• Support for new BIOS options, 'optimus' , 'controlwwanradio', and 'controlwlanradio'. For more
information, run the following commands:
o cctk.exe -h --optimus
o cctk.exe -h --controlwwanradio
o cctk.exe -h --controlwlanradio
• Support for additional arguments in the BIOS option, 'keyboardillumination'. For more information,
run the below command:
o cctk.exe -h --keyboardillumination
• Packaging CCTK installation file as a Dell Update Package (DUP) to:
o Simplify upgrade and installation of CCTK in one-to-many environments
o Return Dell standard installation codes to simplify scripting for mass distribution
