Description
Sets the behavior of the serial port communication.
• off — This option tells the BIOS to disable COM port 1 and COM
port 2.
• on — This option tells the BIOS to enable COM port 1 and COM
port 2. These ports are made available for use by the operating system
or applications. BIOS Console Redirection is disabled.
• com1cr — This option tells the BIOS to enable COM port 1 and
COM port 2. These ports are made available for use by the operating
system or applications. BIOS Console Redirection is through COM
port 1.
• com2cr — This option tells the BIOS to enable COM port 1 and
COM port 2. These ports are made available for use by the operating
system or applications. BIOS Console Redirection is through COM
port 2.

Description
Enables or disables serr Dmi messages.
