You can update firmware for the following:
CMC - active and standby
iKVM
IOMs
You can update firmware for the following server components:
iDRAC - iDRACs earlier than iDRAC6 must be updated using the recovery interface. iDRAC6 firmware can also be updated
with the recovery interface, but is deprecated for iDRAC6 and future versions.

Before beginning the firmware update, download the latest firmware version from support.dell.com, and save it to your local
system.
The following software components are included with the CMC firmware package:
Compiled CMC firmware code and data
Web interface, JPEG, and other user interface data files
Default configuration files
Alternatively, use the Dell Repository Manager (DRM) to check for the latest available firmware updates. The Dell Repository
Manager (DRM) ensures that the Dell systems are up-to-date with the latest BIOS, driver, firmware, and software. You can
search for the latest updates available from the Support site (support.dell.com) for supported platforms based on Brand and
