240 Using the CMC Web Interface
Server-Level Slot FlexAddress Configuration
At the server level, you can enable or disable the FlexAddress feature
for individual slots.
To enable or disable an individual slot to use the FlexAddress feature:

Log in to the Web interface (see "Accessing the CMC Web Interface" on
page 109).

Expand
Server Overview
in the system tree. All of the servers (1–16)
appear in the expanded
Servers
list.

Click the server you want to view. The
Server Status
page displays.

Click the
Setup
tab, and the
FlexAddress
subtab. The
FlexAddress Status
page is displayed.

Use the pull down menu for
FlexAddress Enabled
to make your selection;
select
Yes
to enable FlexAddress or select
No
to disable FlexAddress.

Click
Apply
to save the changes. For additional information, click
Help.
Remote File Sharing
The Remote Virtual Media File Share option maps a file from a share drive on
the network to one or more servers through CMC to deploy or update an
operating system. When connected, the remote file is accessible as if it is on
the local system. Two types of media are supported: floppy drives and
CD/DVD drives.

Deploy
Remote File Share
page is displayed.

Set the Remote File Sharing settings.
