rebuild
Description
Starts a rebuild on a specied virtual drive.
Synopsis
racadm raid rebuild:<PQ FQDD> {-current | -pending}
Input
• –current <optional>: Performs the conguration.
NOTE: If this requires the system to restart, the system is restarted.
• –pending: Save the conguration change for a later use. You can use a combination of the –pending and –
current ags on multiple commands to reduce the possible number of system restarts.

resetcong
Description
Removes the current RAID Conguration (Virtual Drives and Hotspares) from the RAID controller. This operation is
not data-destructive, but is dicult to reverse.
Synopsis
racadm raid resetconfig:<Controller FQDD> {-current|pending}
Input
• –current <optional>: Performs the conguration right now.
NOTE: If this requires the system to reboot, then the system will reboot.
• –pending: Save the conguration change for a later application. You can use a combination of the –pending and
–current ags on multiple commands to reduce the possible number of system reboots.

enableperc
Description
Indicates the RAID conguration of hardware RAID connected to the server. This subcommand enables the power
to a RAID card.
NOTE:
• Using this subcommand will power cycle the chassis and set the fault-tolerant system conguration to
fault-tolerant mode.
• If any PERC adapter settings are changed or rmware is updated, a message is displayed and the fault-
tolerant status is degraded. Make sure that the rmware and the settings of the SHARED PERC match to
set the fault-tolerant system conguration to fault-tolerant mode.
