cfgActiveDirectory
This group contains parameters to congure the Active Directory feature.
Use this object with the getconfig or config subcommands.
To use this object property, you must have the Chassis Conguration Administrator privilege.
NOTE: You can congure any setting that is not preceded by the hash sign (#) in the output. To modify a congurable
object, use the -o option.
The following sections provide information about the objects in the cfgActiveDirectory group.
cfgADRacName (Read/Write)
Description Name of CMC as recorded in the Active Directory forest.
Legal Values Any printable text string of up to 254 characters, with no white
space.
Default <blank>
cfgADCertValidationEnable (Read/Write)
Description
Enables or disables Active Directory certicate validation as a part of the Active Directory
conguration process.
Legal Values
• 1 (TRUE)
• 0 (FALSE)
Default 1
cfgADRacDomain (Read/Write)
Description
Active Directory Domain in which CMC resides.
Legal Values
Any printable text string of up to 254 characters, with no white space.
Default
1
cfgADRootDomain (Read/Write)
Description
Species the root domain of the domain forest.
Legal Values Any printable text string of up to 254 characters, with no white
space.
