Specifies the first of three possible remote syslog servers
to store the RAC and SEL logs.This property is only valid if
cfgRhostsSyslogEnable is set to 1 (enabled).

Description
Specifies the second of three possible remote syslog servers
to store the RAC and SEL logs. This property is only valid if
cfgRhostsSyslogEnable is set to 1 (enabled).
