rebuild
Description
Starts a rebuild on a specified virtual drive.
Synopsis
racadm raid rebuild:<PQ FQDD> {-current | -pending}
Input
–current <optional>: Performs the configuration.
NOTE: If this requires the system to restart, the system is restarted.
–pending: Save the configuration change for a later use. You can use a combination of the –pending and
–current flags on multiple commands to reduce the possible number of system restarts.
Example
racadm raid rebuild:Disk.Bay.0:Enclosure.Internal.
0-0:RAID.ChassisIntegrated.1-1
resetconfig
Description
Removes the current RAID Configuration (Virtual Drives and Hotspares) from the RAID controller. This
operation is not data-distructive, but is difficult to reverse.
Synopsis
racadm raid resetconfig:<Controller FQDD> {-current|pending}
Input
–current <optional>: Performs the configuration right now.
