一份软件一次仅可在一台计算机上使用。如果您拥有多份软件许可证，则可以随时使用与许可证份数相同的多个软件。“使
用”是指将本软件载入计算机上的临时存储器或永久性存储设备。如果在网络服务器上安装本软件以便将其分配给其他计算
机，并且获分配本软件的每台计算机均具有单独的许可证，则不能将这种安装称为“使用”。您必须保证安装在网络服务器上
的软件的使用人数不超过您拥有的许可证份数。如果网络服务器上安装的软件的用户数超过许可证数，则必须购买更多的软件
许可证，使许可证份数与用户数相等，然后才能允许其他用户使用软件。如果您是 Dell 的商业客户或 Dell 会员，您特此授权
Dell 或 Dell 选定的代理商在正常工作时间内就您对本软件的使用情况进行核查，并且同意在核查期间与 Dell 合作并合理地提供
