Species the port number to use for HTTP network communication with.
Legal Values 10–65535
NOTE: The following port numbers are reserved and cannot be used: 21, 68, 69, 111, 123,
161, 546, 801, 4096, 5988, 5989, 6900, 9000, 60106.
