Description
An error by the IOV slot management detected an error which may prevent the physical
assignment/unassignment or power off of a slot. The errors may be caused by PCIE training
timeouts or false hot plug signals. Only Dell approved adapters are supported.

Response Action
Make sure that supported adapters are used and installed correctly in the PCIe slot.
