CMC is unable to obtain the CPU information from the server specified in the message. This
occurs if there is no communication between CMC and iDRAC.
Recommended
Response Action
Do the following: 1) Reset iDRAC. 2) Reset CMC. If the issue persists, contact your service
provider.
