Configure a stub area, which is an area not connected to other areas.

Syntax
area area-id stub [no-summary]
To delete a stub area, use the no area area-id stub command.
Parameters
area-id Specify the OSPF area in dotted decimal format (A.B.C.D.) or
enter a number from zero (0) to 65535.
no-summary (OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords no-summary to prevent
the ABR from sending summary Link State Advertisements
(LSAs) into the stub area.
Defaults Disabled.
