Dual Homing
Dual homing provides support to manage and control the PEs from both the primary and the secondary
chassis in a VLT setup. The C9010 switch supports dual homing using C1048P port extenders. You can also
stack the C1048 port extenders in a dual homing setup. The following figure shows PE dual homing, where
the C1048P port extenders are dual-homed to a pair of C9010 switches.
