Save configurations created in BOOT_USER mode (BLI).

A basic difference between S-Series and other Dell Networking platforms is that, on the S-Series, Dell
Networking OS does not save configurations into NVRAM while the user enters them in the BLI.
Instead, the configurations are saved in a software cache and are written into NVRAM only on the
execution of this save command or of the reload command.
