Split a single 40G port into 4-10G ports on the C-series.

Splitting a 40G port into 4x10G ports is supported. The 40G port 20 can split into 3x10G ports only.
After the port is split, the 40G port is lost in the configuration. As a result, you must ensure that this
port is also removed from the other L2/L3 feature configurations.
You must reload the system after issuing this command for the changes to take effect. You cannot use
this command if LR4 optics are inserted on the 40G interface.
link debounce-timer

Assign the debounce time for link change notification on this interface.

Changes do not affect any ongoing debounces. The timer changes take affect from the next debounce
onward.
slot-number
Enter a number for the line card slot.
C-Series Range: 0-7 for C7008/C300; 0-3 for C7004/C150.
port-number
Enter the port number of the 40G port to be split. For the C-series, enter one of the
following port numbers: 0, 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20.

Enter the time to delay link status change notification on this interface.
Range: 100-5000 ms
• Default for copper is 3100 ms
• Default for fiber is 100 ms
