debug ip dhcp client packets
Activate the debugging and display of log messages for DHCP packets sent and received on DHCP client
interfaces.
C9000 Series
Syntax
debug ip dhcp client packets [interface type slot/port]
Parameters
interface typeslot/
port
Enter the keyword interface with the interface type and
slot/port information to display DHCP log messages for a
specified interface. The valid interface types are:
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
tengigabitethernet.
• For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE.
